I WAS POINTING TO MY FATHER IN LAW THE 15.5 M LOTTO MAX,THEN SUDDENLY A FAT GUY CAME OUT ACCUSING THAT IM REACHING SOMETHING IN THE CLOSE STORE,,POINTING & REACHING IS DIFFERENT,,,,WHICH IS NOT COZ OUR CONCERNED WAS THE WINNING AMOUNT,,HES RUDE AND HE NEED A SPECIAL ATTENTION TO TEACH HIM A CUSTOMER APPROACH & SERVICE COZ HES GIVING A BAD IMPRESSION FOR THE TIM HORTON ,,,THE MANAGER SAID THAT THE FAT GUY CONCERN IS PEOPLE ARE STEALING,,BUT THEY ARE NOT CONCERN HOW THEY APPROACH AND TALK TO THE CUSTOMER,,THEIR GIVING A BAD IMPRESSION TO THE ALL TIME FAVORITE COFFEE SHOP,NOW I WOULD SAY NO NO FOR THIS BRANCH,,HOPE OTHERS WILL NOT EXPERIENCE WHAT WE HAD IN THAT TIM HORTON,,WE WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN IN THAT PLACE & PASS IT TO MY FRIENDS & FAMILY WHAT EXPERIENCE WE HAD IN THAT STORE,,,

Worst ever Tim Hortons iv ever been, i ordered a capuchino but they gave me a dark roast instead, i asked them to change the darkroast and they said ok.but again she gave me a dark roast for the second time!!! And finally they said our cap machine doesnt work!!! They think we r idiots!! So rude!! Never come back again.
